cpRepeater accepts NMEA0183 data through serial ports. The data is interpreted, displayed, written to a rough log, saved for trend charting, and forwarded to an AutoPilot or other device through the serial ports. cpRepeater is architected to display information as efficiently as possible, while consuming a minimum of computer resources.

Transmit NMEA sentences over your network to any listener (i.e., another cpRepeater instance or a handheld wireless device).
Receive NMEASentences from 1 or more cpRepeater instances over the network. This allows cpRepeater to run on multiple PCs without duplicating NMEA wiring. Also, multiple cpRepeater instances can be wired to separate instruments and share the data over a network.
cpRepeater integrates with the current version of OziExplorer (3.95.3b or later). cpRepeater can send postion data directly to OziExplorer and receive position and waypoint data directly from OziExplorer. OziExplorer is a shareware computer navigation program that works with many types of charts and accepts GPS output.
